NAMM 2017: VSS3 Native Reverb From TC Electronics

1 post in this topic

The Elements of Reverb

As you know, adding reverb to a dry recording puts back what our ears are expecting to hear - it lends the mix a sense of space, direction and distance.

Our audio engineers have identified thousands of variables that effect how sound behaves in a room. We've condensed these into four groups of settings that are straightforward to use, yet allow you to sculpt the fine points of your ambience.

VSS3 – now available as a native plug-in. Used on thousands of albums and films, it is the perfect all-purpose reverb.

Main features of the VSS3 Native
- Stereo source reverb – ported from the System 6000 hardware series
- Available as a plug-in for all major DAWs
- Based on 1000s of hours worth of fine-tuning and trimming
- Maximum ambience, yet with full mono compatibility
- Source specific early reflections for character and localization
- Great results – with or without modulation
- Exceptionally wide dynamic range
- Focus Fields for easy tweaking and navigation
- Seamless import of VSS3 presets from System 6000
