    Who?
Your host for "Music With Space" is Mike Hunter. Mike Hunter is a long time electronic musician and lover of electronic, avant guarde, progressive, classical, experimental music. Along with hosting Music With Space, Mike records and performs live as Ombient, is the current guitarist for Brainstatik and member of the duo Mayakara.
    What?
The idea is to play a variety of genres of music with aural  length, width and breadth…music with an expansive and dynamic nature…Music that is non-invasive and though provoking. A soundtrack to dreamy reflection and meditation. You'll hear tracks that span works from composers such as György Ligeti and Alvin Lucier, artists like electronic music pioneers likeKluster and Tangerine Dream and even further towards the rim with such bands as the drone/sludge rock group Earth.
...Consider this your escape from the "close up and in your face" sound that dominates mass market radio.
    Where?
Music from Space is a radio show  is heard on your dial at 103.3FM  and on the web atWPRB.com

This event repeats every week on Saturday forever

Rebekkah Hilgraves brings her show to RadioSpiral on Saturdays at 1pm. The basic premise of the show is that music is everywhere, in everything: in the hum of a city, in the pulse of construction machinery or a heartbeat, in footsteps, in laughter, in breath, in the shuffling of an impatient audience… and, like John Cage’s “Four minutes and thirty-three seconds”, all you have to do is sit and listen.
Tune in to At Water's Edge on RadioSpiral on Saturdays at 1pm, via the direct link, or via TuneIn (and RadioSpiral broadcasts 24/7).
or listen to the podcast either directly from our website, or from the official iTunes podcast.
