Ray Wilson Memorial Bench Comemoration

New Releases

Event details

The Town of Parker installed Ray's memorial bench last week. It is a beautiful tribute to a man who came up with his best ideas while out rambling by foot or on his bike. The bench is approximately one half mile west of Tallman Meadow Park; it is situated on the south side of the concrete trail within a tunnel of trees, angled for a great view of the sunset. Please join us if you are able on 11/13 to memorialize and honor Ray.

A day of celebrating and remembering starts at the Tallman Meadow Park (12335 Canterberry Pkwy in Parker, CO) at 10AM. Bring a bike or comfy shoes and enjoy a 1 mile round trip on a paved path to Ray's Thinking Spot. Then come eat, drink, and celebrate the life and legacy of our extraordinary Ray at the Parker Rec Center open house reception from 11:30-2:30 (17301 E. Lincoln Ave in Parker).
