Released in 1981 with much improved features over their earlier 2700 series synthesizers, PAIA offered a complete modular synthesizer for half the price of more popular brands of the era. The PAIA 4700/S series of synthesizers offered a more stable oscillator and improved filter among other features. The modules were housed in the 4761 heavy duty roadworthy winged case. They were also designed to be versatile such as in a studio setting for rearranging in a building block fashion to suit the needs of the musician.

No but I would have loved to have one then as now. That was a lotta synth for $500 in 1981 :jam:I'd never heard of that series until recently.
