Crises - Mike Oldfield

   0 reviews  -  1384 views
Mike Oldfield's Crises is his 8th studio album released in 1983. The album is consistent in keeping with Oldfield's epic A side and B Side 20 minute plus pieces within pieces. Much in a good way the album has the longest piece first and then followed by 5 very well written and shorter tracks. On track 3 "In High Places" features Jon Anderson of Yes on vocals, while other songs like "Moonlight Shadow" and "Foreign Affair", track 2 and 3 respectively, feature Maggie Reilly on vocals. The main theme of the album concerning the title track is there's a Crises and you can't get away. However what the "Crises" is is left to the listener largely which is a good thing.
