Crumar CPB-2 Bass Pedal Synthesizer

Description
This quite hard to find bass pedal synth was produced around 1980 by Crumar and an Italian company called Music technologies. This particular model does not have the Crumar brand on it.

It produces a basic analog synth bass sound with simple controls for Envelope, Cut Off and Resonance.

Sounds like: Moog, Taurus, 303 Bass Line - very phat chunky bass.

Apparently Bob Moog had a hand in the design.

You can also choose to have release controlled by the sustain envelope controller, change the wave form, and control octave via footage switch. Alternate setting adds a chorus-like quality.
